GAS SAFETY SERVICES
Combi World take gas safety in the modern commercial kitchen very seriously. I can offer gas safety inspections of full kitchens, single appliances and everything else in between. I recommend a gas safety inspection of your commercial kitchen is carried out on an annual basis and any recommended works are completed to ensure you remain compliant with gas safety regulations.
It is becoming more commonplace for insurance companies to insist on a valid gas safety certificate before they will consider insuring commercial premises.
I can produce approved inspection reports
and certificates for insurance purposes and peace of mind. These reports can be sent electronically or as hard copies direct to site.
SERVICING & REPAIRS
I can repair most makes and models of modern
hot gas and electric commercial catering equipment. I can also offer repairs to Rational and Blue Seal combination ovens to the highest standards. I do not repair warewashers, refrigerated units or any combination ovens other than the Rational and Blue Seal brands. I aim to respond to all service calls within 2 working days and have an excellent first time fix rate.
I can also carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on a wide range of products.
I carry a large stock of genuine Lincat, Rational, Blue Seal and Synergy service parts on my vehicle to ensure I obtain a 90% first time fix on all common service calls. I also carry generic stock of the most common parts for other makes and models of catering equipment. If a part is not in stock, I can normally get it shipped on a next day delivery direct to
your site.

I can supply all major brands of prime cooking equipment, ware washers and combi ovens at very competitive prices.
I also supply cleaning chemicals, consumables and water treatment systems.
EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION
I can install most makes and models of modern electric and gas commercial catering equipment.
All installations are subject to a site survey. Upon
completion of a site survey, a full report and comprehensive quote is provided for the installation of the appliance.

PPM SERVICE PACKAGE
My PPM service package includes
2 x planned, preventative maintenance service
visits per annum.
Parts and breakdown calls remain chargeable throughout
at our current rates.

CHARGES
TERMS & CONDITIONS
All parts supplied by CombiWorld Ltd carry a 90-day manufacturer’s warranty. If a part fails within 90 days of fitting, CombiWorld Ltd
will provide a replacement part free of charge.
I carry a large stock of spare parts for Lincat, Rational, Blue Seal and Synergy equipment. I also carry a generic stock of the most common universal catering parts. I cannot however, carry every part. If a part is required that I do not carry on the vehicle, I can normally get this shipped on a next day delivery direct to site.
A recall can only be placed up to 5 working days after the initial call. Any recall placed after this time will be classed as fully chargeable.
Pre authorisation of a credit/debit card is required to secure a booking.
